“Deadline” will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on December 1, 2009!
The film follows a screenwriter who travels to an abandoned house to finish a script on time, but a series of strange events lead her to a psychological breakdown.
“The Expendables” will arrive in theaters across the United States four months later than what has been scheduled earlier. Originally planned to blast into the cinemas on April 23, 2010, the Sylvester Stallone-directed actioner has been pushed back into a summer slate and now eying an August 20, 2010 release.
The news of the release date shift has come from Lionsgate itself. The studio tweeted on Tuesday, September 1, “EXPENDABLES arrive 8/20/10″. With the new date, “Expendables” will come out a week before Paul W.S. Anderson’s “Resident Evil: Afterlife” is expected to make its debut in theaters on August 27.
From Ace Showbiz
There is now a release date in the US for one of Brittany’s new films, “The Expendables”… April 23, 2010 has been set to be the theatrical release date of this Lionsgate movie in North America.
You can visit Ace Showbiz to see a behind-the-scenes clip from the set.
Brittany is currently in Oregon filming a new film called “Something Wicked”. Her character is named Susan and is a psychiatrist… No word on the release date for the film, but you can view the film’s website at MerchantFilms.com.
“Something Wicked” is a current day action thriller set in a mid-size American community (Eugene, Oregon) in the Pacific Northwest. Christine and her boyfriend James have just graduated from Highland High School and are looking forward to enjoying their future together. Everything appears to be going well until Christine and James realize that she is being stalked by a psychologically tormented and obsessed young man, who in the end, will stop at nothing to be with her.

Brittany is starring in a new TV movie called “Megafault”, which is named as an earthquake disaster flick. The movie is set to do a run on a stilled unnamed TV channel in the US – more information will be posted when I find it! In the meantime, you can click on the thumbnail to the left of this post to see Brittany on the set.
I’m sure you’re all aware of the earthquake disaster flick, “Megafault,” that is filming in the Quad-Cities right now. Well, Major has posted some cool photos from the set of Eriq LaSalle, Bruce Davison, Brittany Murphy and even Davenport’s own Mayor Gluba, who has a cameo. I got to peek in on the filming at the MVRBC last week while I was at a workshop there. Also saw them filming by the River Center over the weekend. Have you run into the film crew? And do you plan to watch this direct-to-cable movie?
